Get Your Deli Platters for Superbowl Sunday!

Superbowl XLV

The clock is ticking on the final countdown to the Superbowl, and after last week’s Playoffs, fans from Philly and Wisconsin sure are looking forward to February 6th.

So the clock is also ticking on the time needed for catering. Benjies Deli has been taking a lot of orders for sandwich trays and deli platters for the big day. Countless eggs will be subjected to deviling, wings stripped from hot and spicy buffaloes and barbecue sauce applied liberally to tasty balls of meat.

If you want to have scrumptious Benjies New York Deli goodness at your home on the big day, then give us a call now to make sure we can fill your order. Let Benjies do all the work for you! Let’s face it—your wife will either be out shopping or, if she’s a fan, she’s going to want to watch the game, not make sandwiches for your buddies.

Here’s an idea: clear the coffee table and measure it. Then call Benjies New York Deli and order up a combination of sandwich fixin’s and finger food. Pick it up before your friends come over for your Superbowl party, unwrap the platters, and wait to see your friends’ eyes light up when they come in!

Just imagine the Cold Cut Buffet waiting on your table: four types of sliced meats (choose from corned beef, pastrami or roast beef straight from our  ovens, turkey pastrami, turkey, ham or salami), two types of cheese and side orders of potato salad, coleslaw, pickles and relishes, plus bread and rolls with enough condiments for all.

And with the Cheese-Heads’ team playing, you’d better get the assorted sliced cheese tray just to make fun of the Green Bay Packers fans. (Besides, it will be a tasty extra for the Cold Cut Buffet!)

If you don’t want your friends to have to make their own sandwiches—although we enjoy giving people the opportunity to create their own “Dagwood” sandwich—order one of our sandwich platters. For a delicious, Hoagie-style sandwich, go for our 16″ Ring Sandwich, with thinly sliced turkey and Black Forest ham, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, oil and vinegar, mustard and mayo on a ring-shaped sesame French roll. They serve 10-12 people, so order two if you’re having any more than a dozen guests.

For a variety pack, get our Sandwich Platter, where you can choose between our wide selection of meats or salads (egg, chicken or tuna) to fill rolls or slices of our soft, white rye bread. This one also comes with coleslaw, potato salad, pickles and condiments.

If you really want a party that matches the game—all of the talking heads on the sports channels are saying this is a game worth watching for more than just the half-time show—call Benjies New York Deli to cater it. Please give us at least 72 hours to prepare your order, so February 3rd is the absolutely last day to get your party trays ordered!! Call Lloyd or Noriko Weinstein on (714)  541-6263 to place your order. But why wait? Call now!
